The STI-7730 is a transparent protective cover made of impact-resistant polycarbonate for keypads and control panels. The cover protects against impacts, vandalism, and unwanted operation without hindering daily accessibility. This product is used worldwide in schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, elderly care, offices, and public buildings.
Application
Ideal for locations where the keypad is visible or often used unintentionally. The cover keeps the control unit clean and protected, while authorized users retain easy access.
Function
The cover is placed over the control unit and mounted on the surface. With the key lock, you open the cover and lift it up to access the keypad; after use, you close the cover again to prevent unwanted operation.
Specifications
Made of hardened, clear polycarbonate and suitable for keypads and similar control panels. The cover is easy to mount over an existing unit; surface-mounted versions are available. Lifetime warranty applies under normal use. The polycarbonate has been tested in a temperature range of –40 °C to +49 °C. Version with key lock.
