We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at jadesafety.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order.
Return period
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for return
The following conditions apply to be eligible for a return shipment:
The product is undamaged and unused.
The item is returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
The product is in resalable condition so that we can offer it to another customer.
The return shipment must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
Return procedure

Send an email within 14 days of receipt to [info@jade-bv.nl] (or another return address of your choice) stating your order number and the products you wish to return.

You will receive further instructions and the return address from us.

Send the item back well packaged and sufficiently stamped. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 7 working days via the same payment method you used.
Exceptions
Products that are damaged from use, incomplete, or outside the 14-day return period are not accepted.
