The STI-1219 is a transparent protective cover made of impact-resistant polycarbonate for signal devices such as flashlights, sirens, horns, and speakers. The cover protects against impacts, vandalism, and unwanted operation. The slots in the dome allow the sound of the siren or horn to pass through well, while the closed back box offers extra protection and keeps cabling neatly out of sight. The STI-1219 is used worldwide in schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, elderly care, offices, and public buildings.
Application
Choose the STI-1219 when signal devices are visible or at risk of damage or misuse. The closed back box shields the unit all around and helps limit contamination and tampering. Thanks to the service-friendly design, access for maintenance remains easy.
Function
The cover is placed over the signal device and attached to the surface with the supplied back box. The slots in the dome ensure that light and sound remain functional, while the housing physically protects the equipment.
Features STI-1219
Material is hardened, UV-stabilized polycarbonate. The cover is suitable for signal devices (flashlight, siren, horn/speaker). Variants for other mounting and color options are available. Under normal use, a three-year warranty against breakage applies; the polycarbonate has a lifetime warranty under normal use. The material is tested for use between –40 °C and +49 °C.

Attention
Check the external dimensions of the signal device you want to shield. If the device fits within 199 mm diameter and 108 mm height, then the STI-1219 is suitable.

The thermostat cover looks nice in the hallway. Children can no longer reach it and the material feels sturdy. The assembly video was helpful.
