This heavy door closer is designed for professional and intensive use. Thanks to the adjustable closing force of 40-150 kg, it is suitable for almost all heavy doors in commercial and industrial settings. Sturdy, reliable, and equipped with backcheck for extra protection.
The door closer D 3036 is easy to install and has a closing force of 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 (40-150 kg) according to the EN1154 standard. This standard is used by the fire brigade in connection with fire resistance.

Installation options

This door closer has an adjustable closing speed and final stroke.
You can set the closing speed for the first 150 degrees as desired and adjust the last 30 degrees of the final stroke separately.
For example, you can choose a quick closing and a slow final stroke, or vice versa.
Additionally, this door closer features a backcheck function that protects the door against strong wind.
The closing force can be easily adjusted after installation using the included Allen key.

How do I adjust my doorcloser

-Tip: Open the door fully and tighten both adjustment screws of the doorcloser
-If done correctly, the door will stay open and will not close.
-Then slowly loosen the correct adjustment screw a little, so the door closes gently.
