STI-6400 multifunctional door alarm (Exit Stopper)

The STI-6400 is a compact and effective solution to prevent unauthorized use of an emergency exit and to counter shoplifting through the emergency door. When the door is opened, the magnetic contact is broken and a loud alarm sounds immediately. After closing the door, the alarm stops. With the included key, the alarm can be temporarily turned off so the door can be opened without triggering the alarm—handy for authorized passages or service.

Application
Suitable for, among others, shops, schools, universities, hospitals, care institutions, inns, offices, and public buildings. Wherever emergency doors are used unintentionally or undesirably, the STI-6400 increases compliance and safety awareness.

Operation
The alarm is placed beside or on the door and connected with a magnetic contact. As soon as the door opens, the system activates an audible alarm. Close the door, and the alarm stops. A key function allows controlled use without activating the alarm.
