Description

The doorcloser D 2025-HO is easy to install on almost any door and has a closing force of 2 - 3 - 4 (40-100 kg) according to the EN1154 standard.

Note: this is a version with a hold-open function and therefore must not be used on fire-resistant doors!

Hold-open function
This doorcloser has a hold-open function in the scissor arm.
You can set the angle at which the door remains in the hold-open position.
With a simple push, you can release the door closer from the hold-open position and it will close again.

Installation options

Adjustment options
This doorcloser has an adjustable closing speed and final stroke.
This means you can set the closing speed for the first 150 degrees as you wish and the last 30 degrees (final stroke) independently.
For example, you can have the door close quickly and the final stroke slow, or vice versa.
This door closer also features a backcheck function, which protects the door against strong wind.

Installation advice
  • Tip: Fully open the door and tighten both adjustment screws of the Türschließer.
  • If done correctly, the door will stay open and will not close.
  • Then slowly turn the correct adjustment screw a little to open, so the door closes gently.
  • This determines the general closing speed.
  • If the door still does not close completely, slowly turn the other adjustment screw to regulate the speed at which the door latches.
  • This way you adjust the full closing speed to your preference.
  • Now set the desired hold-open angle
