This small door closer can be used for light and medium heavy doors of 20-80 kg. This makes this door closer suitable for most residential applications.

This door closer is parallel mounted, which means that the closer is mounted on the door and the slide rails on the bottom of the frame on the push side of the door.

This door closer has a hold-open function in the sliding rails that allows you to leave the door open. With a simple push you can release the door closer from the open position and close it again.

This door closer with sliding rails is not suitable for ''old doors'' such as you see in 1930s homes.
The Glij-rails work optimally on newer frames where there is little slope or irregularities such as decorative profiles, etc.

Description
The D904-H-PA-HO door closer is easy to mount on ''newer'' doors due to the use of a parallel sliding rail system and has a closing force of 2 - 3 - 4 (20-80KG) in accordance with the EN1154 standard. This standard is drawn up by the fire brigade with regard to fire resistance.

Setting options
This door closer has an adjustable closing speed and latching action. This means that you can set the closing speed of the first 150 degrees as desired and the last 30 degrees latching action independently of each other.
For example, you can have the door close quickly and then slowly pull the door into the lock or vice versa.

Hold open function:
This door closer has a hold-open function in the slide rails. You can set the angle at which the door remains in the hold-open position.
With a simple push you can release the door closer from the open position and close it again.

Assembly
This door closer is suitable for left and right-turning doors.

Parallel mounting:
This door closer is parallel door leaf mounted which means that the closer comes onto the door arm at the bottom cam of the frame and you push the door open away from you.

Setting advice
Tip: Open the door completely and close both adjusting screws of the door closer.
If you did it correctly, the door will now stay open and will not close again.
If you now slowly turn the correct screw a little, the door will slowly close.
This allows you to determine the closing speed.
If you did it right, the door should not close all the way now.
If you now slowly turn the other screw you can determine the speed at which the door closes.
This way you can adjust the entire closing speed to your own preference.
