Description
The KD-051-F door closer is easy to mount on any door and has a closing force of 1-2 (20-40KG) in accordance with the EN1154 standard. This standard is drawn up by the fire brigade with regard to fire resistance.

Setting options
This door closer has an adjustable closing speed and latching action.
This means that you can set the closing speed of the first 150 degrees as desired and the last 30 degrees final stroke separately.

Assembly
This door closer is suitable for left and right-turning doors.

Door leaf mounting : door closer on the door, arm on the frame, you pull the door open towards you.



Frame mounting : door closer on the frame, arm on the door, you push the door away from you when opening it.

Setting advice
Tip: Open the door completely and close both adjusting screws of the door closer.
If you did it correctly, the door will now stay open and will not close again.
If you now slowly turn the correct screw a little, the door will slowly close.
This allows you to determine the closing speed.
If you did it right, the door should not close all the way now.
If you now slowly turn the other screw you can determine the speed at which the door closes.
This way you can adjust the entire closing speed to your own preference.
