Description
The KD-072-F door closer is easy to install on any door and has a closing force of 3-4 (60-80 kg) in accordance with the EN1154 standard. This standard is used by the fire department for fire resistance.

Setting options
This door closer has an adjustable closing speed and latching action.
This means that you can set the closing speed of the first 150 degrees as desired and adjust the last 30 degrees (latch) separately.

Assembly
This door closer is suitable for left and right turning doors.

Door leaf mounting: door closer on the door, arm on the frame, you pull the door towards you when opening.



Frame mounting: door closer on the frame, arm on the door, you push the door away from you when opening.

Setting advice
Tip: Open the door completely and close both adjusting screws on the door closer.
If this is done correctly the door will stay open and not close.
Then slowly turn the appropriate adjusting screw a little so that the door closes quietly.
This determines the overall closing speed.
If the door does not close completely, slowly turn the other adjusting screw to adjust the speed at which the door closes.
This way you can adjust the entire closing speed to your own preference.
