Description
The D3036-H-HO door closer with slide arm and hold-open function is easy to install and has a closing force of 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 (40-150 kg), in accordance with the EN-1154 standard.

Please note: Because this door closer is equipped with a hold-open function, it must not be used on fire-resistant doors for compartmentalisation.

Setting options
The closing speed and latching action are independently adjustable, allowing the first 150 degrees and the last 30 degrees to be fully customized. This allows the door to close quickly and close slowly, or vice versa. The integrated backcheck function prevents damage from opening too suddenly, such as due to strong winds. The closing force is easily adjusted with the included Allen key.

Hold-open function:
The hold-open function in the slide rail allows you to adjust the opening angle. With a slight movement, the door closer is released from the hold-open position and the door closes automatically.

Assembly
Suitable for left and right turning doors.

Door leaf mounting: The door closer is mounted on the door leaf and the arm on the frame; you pull the door towards you to open it.

Frame mounting: The door closer is mounted on the frame and the arm on the door; you push the door away from you to open it.

Setting advice
Open the door fully and tighten both adjusting screws on the door closer. If the door remains open, slowly open the appropriate adjusting screw until the door closes at the desired speed. If the door still doesn't close completely, open the other adjusting screw to adjust the latching action. This allows you to fully adjust the closing speed to your preference.
