Description
The D 3036 door closer is easy to install and has a closing force of 3-4-5-6 (40-150 kg) in accordance with the EN1154 standard. This standard is used by the fire department for fire resistance.

Setting options
This door closer has an adjustable closing speed and latching action.
You can adjust the closing speed of the first 150 degrees as desired and adjust the last 30 degrees final stroke separately.
For example, you can choose a quick closing action and a slow final action, or vice versa.
In addition, this door closer has a backcheck function that protects the door against strong winds.
The closing force can be easily adjusted after installation using the supplied Allen key.

Assembly
This door closer is suitable for both left and right turning doors.

Setting advice
Tip: Open the door fully and tighten both adjusting screws on the door closer.
If this is done correctly, the door will stay open and not close.
Then slowly turn the appropriate adjusting screw a little so that the door closes quietly.
This determines the overall closing speed.
If the door does not close completely, slowly turn the other adjusting screw to adjust the speed at which the door closes.
This way you can adjust the entire closing speed to your own preference.
