Description
The D 2025-PA door closer is mounted on the push side of the door and has a closing force of 2-3-4 (40-100 kg) in accordance with the EN1154 standard. This standard is used by the fire department for fire resistance.

NB:
Because this door closer is equipped with a hold-open function, it must not be used on fire-resistant doors for compartmentalisation.

Parallel mounting
The complete set (door closer and parallel arm) is mounted on the push side of the door, against the bottom of the frame.
Suitable for both left and right turning doors.

Setting options
This door closer has an adjustable closing speed and latching action.
For example, you can choose a quick closing action with a slow final stroke, or vice versa.
In addition, this door closer has a backcheck function, which provides extra protection in strong winds.

Setting advice
Tip: Open the door fully and tighten both adjusting screws on the door closer.
If this is done correctly, the door will stay open and not close.
Then slowly turn the appropriate adjusting screw a little so that the door closes quietly.
This determines the overall closing speed.
If the door does not close completely, slowly turn the other adjusting screw to adjust the speed at which the door closes.
This way you can adjust the entire closing speed to your own preference.
