This version has less power than its heavier brother, such as the D3036, which means it works optimally for doors up to a width of 1250 mm and will be somewhat less powerful above that.

Description
The D 2025-HO door closer is easy to install on almost any door and has a closing force of 2 - 3 - 4 (40-100 kg) in accordance with the EN1154 standard.

Please note: this is a hold-open version and therefore may not be used on fire-resistant doors!

Keep-open function
This door closer has a hold-open function in the scissor arm.
You can set the angle at which the door remains in the open position yourself.
With a simple push you can release the door closer from the open position and close it again.

Setting options
This door closer has an adjustable closing speed and latching action.
This means that you can adjust the closing speed of the first 150 degrees as desired and the last 30 degrees (final action) independently.
For example, you can have the door close quickly and the final action slow, or vice versa.
This door closer also has a backcheck function, which protects the door against strong winds.

Assembly
This door closer is suitable for left and right turning doors.
You can adjust the opening angle via the mechanism in the scissor arm.

Door leaf mounting: door closer on the door, arm on the frame – you pull the door open towards you.



Frame mounting: door closer on the frame, arm on the door – you push the door away from you when opening it.

Setting advice
Tip: Open the door completely and close both adjusting screws on the door closer.
If this was done correctly the door will now stay open and not close.
Then slowly turn the correct screw a little so that the door closes quietly.
This allows you to determine the closing speed.
If the door does not close completely, slowly turn the other screw to determine the speed at which the door closes.
This way you can adjust the entire closing speed to your own preference.
